Job Summary
Shipping & Receiving Coordinator at Dynamic Sealing Technologies, Inc. (DSTI) in Andover, MN. Responsibilities include safely operating a forklift and hoist to load/unload materials, preparing and shipping parts, coordinating transportation with vendors, using Epicor ERP and other systems to track shipments, verifying records, preparing global shipping documents and labels, importing goods with brokers, organizing efficient transport, performing cycle counts, addressing inventory discrepancies, creating work instructions in Word, and contributing improvement ideas to the department and company. Emphasis on accurate documentation, packaging, packaging methods, and teamwork to support OEM manufacturing across medical, aerospace, oil & gas, and related industries. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (must also be age 18+)
- 1-3+ years of previous experience in a shipping and/or receiving role is required
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities with tight deadlines
- Willingness to obtain and maintain high-risk equipment certifications (forklifts)
