Job Summary
Receive incoming shipments using RF scanners and ERP software, inspecting them for accuracy and damage. Organize inventory, parts, and work-in-progress materials throughout the warehouse while pulling components for shop jobs and customer orders. Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely to package, palletize, and prepare outgoing shipments. Maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation, assist customers and delivery drivers with pickups, and ensure a clean, organized, safety-focused environment. Coordinate internally with shop, service, and operations teams as needed. This role offers a mix of warehouse, shop, and inventory work within a stable organization providing end-to-end solutions across 17 states.
Required Qualifications
- Forklift experience
- Valid driver's license

- Prior shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience
- Experience using ERP systems, RF scanners, or warehouse inventory software
- Ability to stay organized and work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse/shop environment
- Comfortable lifting and moving industrial parts and equipment
- Strong attention to detail with shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy
- Ability to communicate professionally with coworkers, truck drivers, and customers
