Job Summary
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk receives materials from internal and external suppliers, distributes received materials to designated areas, and coordinates transportation of materials between buildings. Essential duties include offloading and loading shipments, verifying packing slips, inspecting incoming product for damage, organizing components on job kitting carts, managing the internal inventory stock area, operating a forklift (training provided), and adhering to safety procedures. Back-up duties include supporting the Logistics Coordinator, and planning kitting carts for new jobs. Must have a High School degree or GED and at least 2 years of work experience with forklift experience; proficient in Microsoft Office; strong teamwork, problem-solving, time management, communication, multi-tasking, and discretion; ability to work in a physical warehouse environment with PPE as required.
