Job Summary
Detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk in Lithia Ford of Missoula’s Parts Department. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining relationships with wholesale and retail customers, assisting customers promptly and professionally, maintaining parts inventory (stocking shelves, organizing, bin audits, and recording locations), managing delivery boards and logs for returns and funds, delivering parts to technicians, pulling orders for counter staff, maintaining a clean and organized work area, notifying parts manager of damaged parts or shortages, answering phones per ITC standards, and completing required Lithia manufacturer trainings. Requires strong communication, reliability, and accuracy in a fast-paced automotive environment; High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license in applicable state
- Acceptable driving record
- Excellent communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
