Job Summary
Maintain inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing product shipments by checking deliveries against invoices and organizing storage. Fill requisitions for outgoing storeroom requests and input data into the property management system while prioritizing detail and confidentiality. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a flexible AM/PM schedule. Complete a Predictive Index assessment as part of the interviewing process. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with guests, management, and coworkers to ensure mutual understanding
- Ability to provide legible communication
- Ability to compute mathematical calculations
- 2-year(s) Accounting experience
- Certification of previous training in computers
- Experience with computers, calculators or word processors
- Knowledgeable of statistic reports and inventories control
- Ability to input and access information into the property management system
- Ability to maintain concentration and think clearly
- Ability to focus on details
- Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of pertinent hotel data
- Ability to promote positive relations with hotel guests and staff alike
- Ability to provide clear and pleasant telephone communication
- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
- Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team
- Ability to organize and keep track of missing materials / equipment on time
- Complete a Predictive Index (PI) assessment
