Job Summary
Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies by promptly unloading trucks, sorting stock, and stocking areas. Collaborate with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, and vendors to track, trace, and update shipment statuses while maintaining accurate logs and scanning inventory. Keep the workspace clean, neat, and member-ready. Provide additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments. Requires forklift certification within 90 days, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 6 months logistics, retail, or customer service experience
- Forklift Certification within 90 days of job entry date
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Basic use of computer and customer specific scheduling modules
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment is preferred
