Job Summary
Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Delivery Driver at IBVI’s Joint Base Charleston Base Supply Center. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, entering data into the ERP system, preparing products for storage and shipment, maintaining shipping/receiving documentation, and delivering products to customers on the base. The role also involves light marketing of IBVI’s capabilities/products, warehouse organization, labeling, and operating equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts. Strong attention to detail, safety adherence, and teamwork are essential to support the mission of employing individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (warehouse or logistics preferred)
- Must possess valid driver's license
- Operate company vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Operate a pallet jack and forklift
- Must be able to pass federal criminal background check and drug screen
