Shipping & Receiving CLerk

Manage and coordinate daily route manifest logs and verify receiving and shipping windows, communicating concerns to the supervisor. Update hot parts boards for expedited arrivals and manage dock and yard inventory trailer movements to support production and supermarket lines. Maintain accurate paperwork, packing slips, and returnable container records while tracking truckload utilization and inputting incoming receipts. Coordinate logistics to and from outside warehouses and ensure compliance with all safety procedures and CTPAT requirements. Work the 2nd shift (3:30pm-12am) with a minimum forklift license.
