Job Summary
Control the flow of work within the facility to meet receiving and shipping departure times while maintaining accuracy and KPI commitments. Manage customer-facing interactions requiring strong service acumen, handle drivers and BOLs, and schedule daily loads. Assist with daily and weekly operational reports, multi-task in a high-paced environment, and prioritize immediate workload adjustments. Learn new skills to take on additional responsibilities and work as a team member to accomplish warehouse metrics. This second shift role runs Sundays through Wednesdays from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM at a rate of $22.00 per hour plus shift differentials.
