Shipping/Receiving

Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing shipments against packing lists and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, process documentation in the SMART145 System, and coordinate with external carriers and internal departments inspecting items for damage or discrepancies. Open receivers and work orders, take pictures of incoming parts, materials, and units, and appropriately label, package, and store supplies. Get outgoing shipments ready in accordance with regulatory and customer requirements. Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs. This role supports AVGEN AEROSPACE's aircraft accessory component repair and overhaul operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
