Job Summary
Process shipping and receiving at the Santa Ana and/or Costa Mesa locations; prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product; ensure material movement and accurate transactions across sites; pull orders from inventory, deliver production materials, and stage finished product for distribution; perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy; operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment; courier inventory between sites; expedite material flow in alignment with production and shipping schedules; familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, inventory management, lot/serial/batch tracking, and handling hazardous shipments; eligibility to obtain and maintain US security clearance (active secret or top secret within last 5 years); on-site roles with potential overtime and shift flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years as a warehouse associate or equivalent role
- Must be able to work 1st or 2nd shift and overtime as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to be onsite, local to Santa Ana, CA or Costa Mesa, CA
