Job Summary
Track inventory, package items, print shipping labels, and inspect goods for damage while receiving inbound LTL and truck-load shipments. Unload deliveries, sort equipment by stock or project designation, and verify shipment accuracy using NetSuite ERP. Collaborate with project managers and support representatives to coordinate timely deliveries, unbox network gear including switches and firewalls, and maintain meticulous recordkeeping. Perform physical inventory counts and complete monthly tracking reports. Work independently with limited oversight to ensure accurate data entry and safe, efficient warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience preferably in a high-growth, warehouse environment working in a similar role
- Forklift certification or trained for strict adherence to OSHA standards
- Demonstrated ability to operate with a high sense of urgency, professionalism, integrity, collaboration, and ethics
- Extremely flexible
- Outstanding communicator
- Established skills in accuracy, organization, and time management
- Demonstrated aptitude, high learning agility, and willingness to learn warehouse operations and best practices for a technology company
- Ability to work effectively as a team member in a fast paced, and high-volume work environment
- High level of detail and conscientiousness
- Basic level PC skills with the ability to effectively operate within a Windows Operating System and Windows based programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
- Entry level experience with NetSuite ERP system
- Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal skills with a customer service focus in the English language
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to stand for extended length of time
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to climb ladders and mobile stocking steps
- Strict adherence to OSHA safety policies
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk
- Ability to use hands/fingers to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to climb, balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and hear
- Must be able to work onsite in Taylor, Michigan
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or international equivalent) in business, logistics, supply chain management, or another related field
