Job Summary
Shipping & Receiving Associate responsible for order fulfillment, packaging, shipping and receiving. Duties include receiving/inspecting shipments, preparing outgoing shipments with labels, organizing stock/inventory, loading/unloading with forklifts or pallet jacks, maintaining records and reports, coordinating with carriers for pickups/deliveries, and ensuring quality and safety in a warehouse/manufacturing environment. Requires ability to lift/move heavy items, stand for extended periods, and work both independently and as part of a team; High School Diploma or Equivalent required and ATF firearm possession requirements apply. Monday–Friday with potential weekend/after-hours as production demands dictate. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred
- Previous forklift and pallet jack experience a plus
- Must meet ATF requirements for firearm possession
