Job Summary
Shipping/Receiving Associate responsible for ensuring customer orders are pulled and shipped accurately, locating and storing incoming inventory, operating forklifts to pick and transport items, loading/unloading trucks, inspecting shipments, documenting discrepancies, handling returns (RMA), labeling and routing products, and arranging carrier pickups. Must verify quantity and quality of picked items, post shipment charges, and ensure proper documentation for shipments, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and warehouse organization.
