Job Summary
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for direct-to-consumer shipping and FBA, while inspecting and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders. Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate records, updating systems with stock movements and reporting discrepancies. Operate forklifts to unload, unpack, and store products, ensuring all packages are labeled correctly and meet shipping guidelines. Maintain a clean work area and assist with restocking shelves, adhering to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures. Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. This role supports the Ferndale, WA eCommerce facility of a family-owned company operating since 1962.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a shipping, receiving, or inventory role, preferably in an ecommerce environment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) as needed
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
