Job Summary
Verify ShipStation orders and match them to printed TRF shipping labels. Prepare items for shipment by assembling kit components, wrapping goods, and labeling tubes, cups, boxes, and envelopes. Receive incoming shipments, check them in, and store them properly. Pack, address, and ship materials using ShipStation and UPS software or mailing machines. Prepare waybills and related paperwork for commercial and other shipments. Operate computers, mailing machines, and printers to process orders. Ensure shelves are stocked for the next day by building kits requested by doctors. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and write clearly
- Ability to communicate information and ideas
- High School degree or equivalent GED
- Required to sit for 50% and stand 15% of time
- Must have the ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects of up to 40 lbs
- Bending and stooping about 15% of the time
- Required to stand, walk, sit for a period of the time
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision and ability to adjust focus
Desired Qualifications
- Courses in typing and business arithmetic preferred
