Job Summary
Shipping & Packaging Specialist responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, packaging products to customer specifications, verifying parts and quantities, weighing/counting with scales, printing shipping labels and documenting shipments, entering shipment data into the ERP system, and securing pallets for safe transport. Requires basic math, computer/ERP proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions; previous shipping/warehouse experience is helpful. Eligible for pay progression, with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k), paid holidays/time off, and on-site facilities at a temperature-controlled Merrifield, MN location.
