Job Summary
Coordinate outbound shipping operations by assigning trailers, managing yard movements, and maintaining accurate inventory using TMS, FourKites, and SAP. Serve as the primary liaison for OTR drivers, processing check-ins, matching trailers to outbound orders, and ensuring precise documentation. Monitor yard assets through routine checks and communicate with internal departments and external partners to maintain timely shipments. Support shift leadership with daily operational needs and special projects while performing additional duties as assigned. Local candidates only; no relocation assistance available.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in shipping, logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
