Job Summary
Operate state-of-the-art material handling equipment to load and unload finished goods pallets safely on and off trucks while navigating warehouse racks and conveyor systems. Verify load completeness and proper securing, scan every pallet of resin and finished goods for accurate inventory tracking, and ensure seamless movement throughout the storage facility. Perform daily equipment checks, including recharging batteries and lubricating machinery, while identifying and correcting user-level faults on automatic cranes and conveyors. Complete all related paperwork, including shipping inspection forms and post-shipment work orders, and notify supervisors of unsafe conditions. Work 15 days per month on a rotating 3-4 day schedule from 7:00am to 7:00pm. Comply with all BRCGS Standards, Safety Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Comfort with measuring tools
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
