Job Summary
Operate forklifts to load/unload pallets up to 1,250+ lbs and move them safely within a warehouse. Verify load completeness, scan pallets of resin and finished goods for accurate inventory, perform daily equipment checks, and complete related paperwork (shipping inspection forms, post-shipment work orders). Maintain adherence to BRCGS and Safety/SOP standards. Work a rotating 3-4 day schedule across A (days), B (nights), and C (days) shifts. Location: Lexington, OH. Starting pay $18.00/hour with $2.50/hour night shift differential, plus employee ownership benefits and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- 2-5 years of shipping and receiving experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
