Job Summary
Shipping & Logistics Coordinator responsible for processing domestic and international shipments in Epicor ERP, coordinating carrier pickups, preparing export documentation (Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, Certificates of Conformance), and ensuring compliance with customer requirements, export regulations, and ISO/FDA quality standards. Maintains shipment records and uploads tracking details to customer portals, supports warehousing and inventory accuracy, collaborates with Customer Service, Planning, Quality, and Production, and contributes to cost-effective transportation and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong attention to detail, ERP proficiency, and experience with medical device manufacturing environments are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or manufacturing support
- Proficiency with ERP systems; Epicor experience strongly preferred
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
