Job Summary
Prepare products for delivery by on/off loading glass from tables, rolling racks, trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours daily. Assemble boxes, crates, or containers, and label and mark them while inserting padding to protect items during shipment. Weigh, measure, and count product, then pack items according to shipping needs or supervisor specifications. Complete clerical tasks using shop floor computers and RF equipment, and conduct inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and remain undamaged. Perform these duties in a fast-paced production environment requiring the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for 8-10 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work with deadlines
- Ability to work overtime when required
- Work performed inside a production environment
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs unassisted
- Ability to stand on your feet for 8-10 hours per day on a concrete floor
