Job Summary
Shipping Loader duties include operating material handling equipment, operating conveyor and scanner systems, stocking and removing cardboard, loading boxes onto shipping lines and trucks with corresponding labels, preparing and wrapping pallets for same-day shipment, and serving as a back-up shipper. Must be able to lift up to 150 lbs, stand 8–10 hours, operate/learn an electric pallet jack and hand truck, and cycle-count as assigned; position requires a High School Diploma or GED and a dependable, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced workplace.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience using a hand truck
- Ability to operate/learn an electric pallet jack
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 150 lbs
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
