Job Summary
Loader for 1st shift responsible for checking, shuttling, loading trucks, and securing shipments. Duties include packaging, crating, loading items, verifying against freight bills and packing lists, providing on-the-job direction to new shipping/warehouse staff, and supporting inventory counts. Requires a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year of experience in a high-production manufacturing environment, ability to operate forklifts and lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for a 6:00 am–2:30 pm schedule. Walk-in interview on Wednesdays. Location: Monticello, IA. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in high production manufacturing environment
- Be willing to cross-train and be promotable
- Operate forklifts and other lifting equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
