Job Summary
Prepare and package orders according to company and customer specifications, creating and verifying shipping labels, bills of lading, and other documentation. Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, proper packaging, and labeling while maintaining records of all shipments and updating inventory systems. Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks if certified, ensuring the shipping area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols. Prioritize workload effectively and apply a problem-solving mindset focused on accuracy and customer satisfaction. High school diploma or GED required; forklift certification preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (if applicable)
