Job Summary

Generate daily pick lists, verify part and serial numbers against carton labels, and enter weights, dimensions, and carrier details into ERPLn. Stack units onto pallets with straps and stretch wrap, then generate carrier shipping labels for FedEx, UPS, or BOL. Coordinate pickup schedules with ground, LTL, and international carriers by submitting necessary documents, invoices, and Shippers Letters of Instructions. Maintain accounting holds, freight terms, and maintenance logs for hoist and packing machines, while ensuring all safety, quality, and security regulations are followed. Assist in data entry, cross-train staff on packing and mold creation, and manage packing material supplies via spreadsheet.

Required Qualifications

  • One to three years of related experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
  • Minimum or Basic skills: Ability to log in, log out, and easily navigate through MS Windows-based interface
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
  • Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Familiarity with US export Tariff Sch B
  • Hoist and Forklift certification
