Job Summary
Execute the plant predetermined load-out schedule, manage packaging and mill production schedules, and oversee inventory processes. Prime product and hominy load-outs while monitoring key indicators for quality, productivity, and utilization. Maintain a clean, inspection-ready work environment and actively engage in continuous improvement programs. Follow all personnel and food safety policies, including GMPs and sanitation procedures, while inspecting products for non-conforming items. Lead daily operations by training subordinates, evaluating performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Perform general housekeeping and secure equipment at shift end. Requires a valid Class A CDL with DOT Medical Card, willingness to lift 50-100 pounds, and stamina for 8-12 hour shifts in extreme temperatures. Starting pay includes a $3.00/hour increase with active CDL.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must possess or be willing and able to obtain a valid class A CDL
- Must possess or be willing and able to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Must possess or be willing and able to obtain an acceptable driving record
- Valid driver's license
- Class A CDL
- Physical and mental alertness

- Stamina for the length of an entire 8-12 hour work shift each day
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds
- Ability to change from a seated to standing position
