Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule shipments to customers, distribution centers, and warehouses while ensuring regulatory compliance. Verify order accuracy and proactively resolve shipping, inventory, and logistics issues with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate inventory records through shipment verification and cycle count activities, investigating discrepancies to support operational accuracy. Process stock transfers and coordinate shipments to external warehouse locations, collaborating across warehouse, operations, and logistics teams to improve shipment quality and timeliness. Support safe working practices and contribute to a culture of compliance, accountability, and operational excellence. This role is based in Mapleton, IL, with a base salary of 46k-53k.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management systems (WMS), SAP, ERP platforms, and transportation management tools
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory and shipping documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
