Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound shipments via sea and air freight, including courier tracking, documentation, and compliance with customs regulations. Coordinate import/export logistics, oversee Letter of Credit submissions, and order packing materials based on shipment specifications. Liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents to resolve delivery delays and maintain accurate tracking records. Identify process improvements to streamline shipping operations and reduce costs. Support logistics projects and initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in shipping or logistics operations
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and LC documentation
- Understanding of customs procedures, import/export duties, and local regulatory bodies
Desired Qualifications
- SAP knowledge is a plus
