Job Summary
Shipping/Logistics Specialist responsible for secure wrapping and moving completed orders to shipping trucks using a forklift. Ensure orders match customer specifications, wrap orders for shipment, coordinate with drivers to relay load information, comply with the load plan to ensure on-time loading, pickup, and delivery; conduct dock checks, keep management informed of potential delays, immediately check-in received products, follow protocols to ship correct items, greet clients and understand their shipping needs, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires forklift operation, ability to lift 35-50 lbs regularly, license, good driving record, and strong attention to detail with clear professional communication. Familiarity with safety policies and procedures, loading/unloading/staging/storing freight, and logging completed orders via tablet camera.
