Job Summary

Coordinate, monitor, and update shipping and customs activities to ensure goods are delivered safely and on time. Responsibilities include preparing procedures for shipping and customs, assisting the Shipping and Customs Manager with planning, reviewing scope and documentation to define transport plans and best transport options, preparing transport instructions and dedicated transport contracts, handling import/export/transit formalities, tracking shipment status from collection to completion, preparing Service Entry Sheets, using SAP to manage shipping and customs activities, and supporting the material purchasing department to define budgets for transports and contractual delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding & Customs in Project Cargo in an EPC/EPIC Environment
  • Experience in the Oil and Gas Industry preferred
