Job Summary
Weigh all linen received from and sent to clients, then enter pounds, client numbers, and linen status into the tracking system. Maintain a clean weighing area and staging zone while monitoring soil section workflow to ensure consistent production. Assist drivers with bin carts, support supervisors as needed, and perform other duties as assigned. Work frequently inside and occasionally outside in cold or hot conditions, often handling noise and vibration. Requires standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and continuous motion.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience preferably in a commercial Laundry
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Superior attention to detail skills
- Results-oriented, with effective problem solving, and reasoning ability
- Demonstrated experience communicating effectively with all levels and cultures and in all formats written, verbal, presentation
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated good judgment and decision-making skills
