Job Summary
Coordinate daily shipping schedules with Corporate Logistics, warehouse teams, and carriers to ensure on-time shipments. Manage the carrier check-in process, assign loading and staging activities, and monitor workflow to meet shipping priorities. Process shipping documentation, including ship confirmations, bills of lading, manifests, and shipping reports within the warehouse management system. Track shipping discrepancies, code freight invoices, and support continuous improvement through accurate reporting and issue resolution. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of relevant warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. The hourly rate ranges from $19.55 to $29.33.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant warehouse/industry work experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds without assistance
- Ability to work on-site and operate industrial equipment as required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the alcohol beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
- Experience using manufacturing or warehouse systems such as ERP, MRP, MPS, or WMS
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field
