Job Summary
Oversee daily shipping operations for assigned customer accounts, ensuring products are pulled from production, staged, and shipped accurately according to specific packaging and labeling requirements. Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, maintain accurate records, and serve as the primary contact for customer shipment inquiries and updates. Lead and coordinate the daily activities of shipping associates while collaborating with production and warehouse teams to align product availability with shipping schedules. Identify potential timeline issues, escalate concerns, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure full compliance with plant safety policies and shipping regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role within shipping, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing operations
- Proven ability to lead a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external customers

- Basic computer skills and experience with shipping systems or ERP software
- Experience working with customer compliance programs and specialized packaging standards
