Job Summary
Shipping Coordinator to support warehouse receiving and inventory operations at Edgemine in Los Angeles. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and verifying inbound shipments against purchase orders, maintaining real-time inventory records, investigating discrepancies with vendors and internal teams, processing orders using EDI, managing routing guides and vendor compliance, communicating inventory levels and reorder needs, coordinating with warehouse staff for put-away, fulfillment, and on-time shipping, and following up on daily open shipments and outstanding purchase orders. Requires 2+ years of experience in warehouse receiving/inventory control/shipping coordination with knowledge of WMS and EDI, familiarity with FedEx/UPS/USPS, strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, computer proficiency, and eligibility to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse receiving, inventory control, or shipping coordination with knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and order processing/EDI platforms
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy
- Familiarity with shipping carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS, as well as routing guides and shipping portals
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
