Job Summary
Coordinate, prepare, pack, and execute domestic and international shipments in accordance with company policies and trade regulations. Audit physical goods against orders and system records to ensure alignment, then process all shipments through ERP and carrier systems like UPS, FedEx, and IFS. Prepare export documentation, classify products for accurate declaration of origin and value, and resolve customs or compliance risks related to restricted shipments. Maintain accurate, audit-ready shipping records across systems while monitoring supply levels for packaging materials. Complete necessary management reports and process daily invoices, ensuring strict adherence to ISO standards and accurate shipping documents.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Good level of fitness
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to lift and carry materials
- Average vision
- Average hearing
- Ability to quickly adapt to ERP and shipping systems
- Ability to multi-task, handling frequent interruptions and shifting priorities
- Demonstrated self-motivation and self-discipline traits
- Demonstrated effective communication skills written, oral, and inter-personal skills
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Organized and efficient
- Qualified forklift driver
- Experience utilizing an MRP system
- Experience with a computerized dispatch shipping system
- Experience with international shipping or trade compliance
- Experience creating shipping documents/certificates in Word
- Import /Export knowledge
- NAFTA knowledge
- USMCA knowledge
- Korea-US FTA Certification knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Experience utilizing an MRP system, IFS is preferred
- Experience with international shipping or trade compliance
