Shipping Coordinator (Freezer)

Manage daily shipping operations by creating BOLs, assigning trucks to dock doors, and instructing Hi-Lo Ops on priorities. Verify truck driver IDs, seal trailers, and execute switcher or shuttle moves. Handle bulk receiving at M2 or Mazda, complete yard and refer checks, and verify paperwork accuracy. Control the flow of inbound and outbound trucks while performing necessary clerical tasks such as making appointments and answering phones. Ensure all documentation is completed and accurate. This role supports Roskam Foods' mission to produce high-quality frozen and refrigerated products across multiple facilities in the U.S. and Canada.
