Shipping Coordinator

Job Summary
Shipping Coordinator responsible for daily shipment planning and tracking deliveries to final customers in Lausanne region, coordinating with Sales Administration and Customer Support to ensure timely delivery of sales orders and returns after repair; manage international shipments, prepare shipping documents (commercial invoice, packing list, EUR1, Certificate of Origin), order preparation, monitor deliveries with freight forwarders, resolve customs issues, organize product returns, handle imports/exports inquiries, manage hazardous materials (Lithium ion batteries), contribute to process improvements, requiring CFC education or equivalent experience, 3 years in import/export, French and English fluency, ability to lift 25 kg, and proficiency with common office tools; ERP-odoo experience is a plus, in a permanent full-time role based in Paudex, Vaud, Switzerland.
Required Qualifications
- CFC education, and/or significant related experience in international trade & logistics
- 3 years experience in import/export
- Fluency in French and English (min B1)
- Capable of carrying a load of 25 kilograms
- Proficiency in common computer tools (spreadsheets, docs)
