Shipping Coordinator

Coordinate international shipments end-to-end, ensuring products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. Build relationships with factories, freight forwarders, carriers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to support seamless supply chain operations. Monitor shipment progress, proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and communicate updates to key stakeholders. Ensure shipping documentation, packing lists, customs requirements, and shipment records are completed accurately and on time. Manage shipment bookings, goods receipts, invoicing, and PO reconciliation across systems including NetSuite and AP21. Maintain accurate shipment tracking and documentation records across internal platforms and reporting tools. Analyse transport options to identify cost-effective and efficient shipping solutions. Support distributor seasonal planning, warehouse operations, and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. Collaborate with Finance, Production, Merch Planning, Sales, DTC, and Logistics teams to deliver a consistent global customer experience.
