Job Summary
Process incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining accurate shipping documentation and preparing bills of lading. Verify materials against packing slips and invoices, then route deliveries to appropriate departments. Maintain organized records of received and shipped materials using barcode scanners and electronic systems. Report damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies promptly. Support material handling activities within warehouse and production areas as needed. Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely movement of materials. Full-time schedule required in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a full-time schedule in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-3 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using electronic tracking systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to support material handling activities as required
