Job Summary
Manage ERP systems to create pack orders for clean rice trucks and railcars, print load reports, and issue seals. Weigh vehicles for bulk and bagged rice, schedule truck appointments, and pull Bills of Ladings. Scan paperwork into Laser Vault, prepare packing slips, and maintain cleaning schedules. Fill in for other Shipping Clerks when necessary. Full-time Sunday through Wednesday.
Desired Qualifications
