Job Summary
As Shipping Clerk you will coordinate outbound shipments and keep the warehouse organized, secure pallets for shipment, and communicate with drivers to ensure smooth operations. You will operate forklifts and yard mule, maintain credentials for shipping hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals domestically and internationally, perform inventory management and cycle counts, and provide accurate information to Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety and PPE requirements, with on-site duties Monday–Friday day shift and potential weekend hours, along with paid training and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and/or TWIC card depending on work location
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
- Wear all required PPE and pass medical exams as required
- Speak, write, read fluent English
- Regular on-site attendance and punctuality
- Previous military experience is a plus
