Job Summary
Prepare outgoing shipments with proper banding, loading, and paperwork completion while ensuring secure packaging. Receive incoming loads, unload products, and store them in correct locations by verifying against purchase orders and packing slips. Maintain finished goods inventory using the FIFO method, document additions and removals, and monitor stock levels to communicate discrepancies. Keep the warehouse, shipping, and receiving areas clean and organized daily, ensuring fire exits remain clear and all safety standards are met. This role trains on the 1st shift before moving to the 2nd shift (2:30pm–10:30pm).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of prior factory or warehouse experience
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Light to moderate physical effort, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Regularly requires standing, sitting, reaching, and moving about the facility
- Eye, ear, and footwear protection in designated areas
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30pm - 10:30pm
- This position will train on 1st shift before moving to the PM schedule
