Job Summary
Process and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy of all shipping documents. Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing temperature-set shipments, then prepare items for dispatch. Communicate with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipment of orders. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to communicate in Spanish and possess experience with shipping software.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in an office/clerical administrative environment.
- Must be able to work with computers.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (Must have the ability to communicate in Spanish).
- Experience with shipping software.
