Shipping Clerk

Obtain and process product orders by receiving deliveries, registering items, and distributing packages within the warehouse. Maintain the stockroom through organizing, cleaning, and cataloging, while scheduling large shipments and planning logistics to ensure sufficient storage space. Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers. Troubleshoot shipping issues and customer complaints, and place merchandise in storage facilities by packaging, lifting items, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Ensure adherence to environmental management systems. Must have a high school diploma or GED and forklift certification.
