Job Summary
Pack and ship prescription orders for Eagle Pharmacy while following all packing and shipping procedures and checklists. Stock freezers with ice packs and maintain a clean, adequately stocked work area with boxes and supplies. Adhere to HIPAA confidentiality guidelines and company policies, performing duties assigned by Eagle Management with attention to detail and accuracy. Work in a standing environment lifting up to 20 lbs, communicating effectively with pharmacists and other departments to meet daily deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 20lbs
- Ability to work in a standing environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, patiently and courteously
- Focused team player, who can work in conjunction with pharmacists, other departments, and management
- Work independently with little supervision and meet daily deadlines
- Ability to perform repetitious work accurately
- Ability to handle multiple activities or interruptions at once
- Attention to detail
- Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment, including the operation of standard computer and phone equipment
- Prolonged standing
- Occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients and employees
- Long hours
