Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •High School Diploma or GED
• •Minimum six months documented distribution/ warehouse experience in an inbound or outbound function
• •Must have a valid driver's license
• •Ability to read, analyze and interpret common shipping reports and regulatory documents regarding shipping
• •Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community
• •Ability to effectively present information to lower level management
• •Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• •Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• •Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
• •Close vision

• •Must be able to Trained on how to pull, box, and ship all temperature controlled items
• •Must be able to Trained on how to handle all Hazmat shipments
• •Must be able to Complete AES/ITN number for UPS shipments
• •Must be able to Pick accurately
• •Must be able to Understand special distributor requirements such as: (expiration dates, case quantity requirements, lot separation, palletizing requirements, keeping same items together, packing and labelling of gravity flow items)
• •Must be able to Pack all loose or easily damaged items properly
• •Must be able to Print address labels for multiple pallet shipments
• •Must be able to Understands the use of heat treated pallets
• •Must be able to Understand Customer packaging requirements
• •Must be able to Understand International packing list
• •Must be able to Understand Commercial invoices
• •Must be able to Understand Special customer requirements
• •Must be able to No partial cases
• •Must be able to No split lots
• •Must be able to Understand Expiration date requirements
• •Must be able to Check order for accuracy
• •Must be able to Pack loose items properly

• •Must be able to Understand small Parcel: UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL shipments
• •Must be able to Keep, save, and load an order
• •Must be able to Inventory look up
• •Must be able to Inventory transfers
• •Must be able to Understanding of bar code scanner
• •Must be able to Picking orders
• •Must be able to Check order for accuracy (Pallet orders)
