Performs final review of components, scripts, prescriptions, and invoices; identifies discrepancies; packages restorations securely; prepares shipments via courier, mail, or pickup; labels and documents shipments; maintains shipping logs and communicates delays or issues; supports inventory and workspace organization; adheres to infection control and safety protocols; collaborates with production, case entry, and customer service to prioritize urgent cases; engages in customer support via phone and internal/external communications; upholds company values and ensures compliance throughout the shipping process.
