Job Summary
Manage inbound and outbound carrier scheduling while preparing Bills of Lading, packing slips, and customs paperwork. Physically verify incoming materials against purchase orders, document discrepancies, and update inventory levels in the Warehouse Management System. Assist with manual unloading, palletizing, order picking, and labeling during high-volume periods. Operate material handling equipment safely and lead by example in adhering to OSHA standards to maintain a zero-incident workplace. Requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving environment
- Strong proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Operational discipline
- Accountability
- Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs
