Job Summary
Stage, load, and unload raw materials, components, and finished goods within a manufacturing environment. Prepare outbound shipments by verifying contents against packing lists and bills of lading, while receiving inbound materials and inspecting for damage or discrepancies. Coordinate with Manufacturing, Production, and Quality departments to consolidate materials and maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts. Identify and report shipment issues, damages, shortages, or quality concerns to the Manufacturing Manager. Support production by fulfilling parts requests and emergency orders, and assist with lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Follow all safety policies, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards, including proper use of PPE.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license

- Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
- Forklift operation experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and work independently

- Computer proficiency, including experience using multiple programs and web platforms
- Understanding of quality assurance principles
